Basic PowerScaffold unit as pictured is priced at $44,900

Basic unit includes:

A wagon style trailer base with four wheel steering, electric brakes, lights, hitch and towing package.

Stability/leveling jacks are installed on all four corners of the trailer to provide a solid footing for the unit.

Rotating hydraulically operated outrigger arms are located on the front and rear corners of the trailer to provide anti-tip safety as the walk board is extended.

The main components of the hydraulically controlled arms and extension system are constructed of steel.

PowerScaffold utilizes an industrial quality hydraulic system made to last which consists of:

1. two industrial hydraulic pumps which means that if one should fail the unit will still operate to get workers safely off of the unit.
2. all heavy-duty industrial hydraulic cylinders rated at minimum 2500 psi even though 1250 psi is the maximum pressure in the system.
3. high quality hydraulic hose rated at 2500psi working pressure and over 6000 psi burst pressure.
4. industrial quality solenoid valves rated at over twice the pressures imposed by this system.
5. two quality 12v batteries to power the system
6. the system may be controlled from the ground or from the walk board
7. safety controls do not allow the walk board to become unsafely out of level or overloaded when in use

The walk board is constructed of 6061 aluminum and steel. The center section is 25 feet long by 31 inches wide. The pull out sections which extend to a maximum of 13.5 feet long each end measure 27 inches wide on one section and 24 inches wide on the other section. The total working length of this walk board is 47 feet when fully extended. The walking surface is made of perforated, non-slip sheet aluminum.. The built in hand/safety rails on the front and back of the walk board are steel which telescope together as the length of the walk board is adjusted by pulling out the extensions.

Built into the rail system of the walk board is a 13-foot long x 3 feet wide workbench with a maximum capacity of 200 lb. The working surface of the workbench is replaceable treated wood.

Three GFI protected 120v receptacles are installed on the rail system. A heavy-duty power cord is wired into the system on the trailer ready to simply plug in to an adequate outlet to power the entire PowerScaffold unit. When plugged in, the batteries are automatically charged for the hydraulic system and the receptacles on the walk board are energized.

The control system is basic and dependable.
